Ruben Day 44– the athai

My kid sis Deepa is visiting this weekend. Indian relational terminology is more specific than English, so that there are several words for “aunt”, depending on the relationship. As Ruben’s father’s sister, Deepa is an “athai” (pronounced ath– they…rhymes with putt jay). Here they are enjoying the noisy confines of our bathroom/changing table.
